  1. The delivery time frame is based in best ESTIMATION. All transit times are subject to Customs Clearance, transport conditions, weather conditions, volume of mail traffic and etc. You are advised to visit Shipping info page for more information on each shipping method.
  2. International shipments may subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the Recipient.
  3. We usually declare as gift and in low value.
  4. Estimated delivery time frame EXCLUDE processing time (take 2-4 business days).
  5. For the FAST shipping, please provide contact number, postal code and buzz code (if any) in the shipping address. DO NOT enter P.O Box address.
  6. Delivery is usually done from Monday to Friday at 15.00 PM (GMT+7) 2-3 business days after the payment confirmation. We do not send any package during public holiday, Saturday and Sunday.
  7. Please email us together with your order number if you need us to ship the package to the courier at a specific date.
  8. Double check ordered items and shipping address in the order confirmation/ invoice.

You need to know that for the international service our courier (we use Indonesian post office and DHL E-commerce) will take longer to reach the place of destination. Sometimes the courier would take 30-60 business days to deliver the goods to the destination, even though more often it would arrive within 15 business days. Please be patient for your package before making a complaint/ claim to us.

Please provide your full address to our Shipping information box at the time you place an order via website and please choose the appropriate city and province and zip code are correct to avoid shipping errors. Note: “Business days” exclude public holidays and weekends.

Shipping will be made from Jakarta, Indonesia to your country by DHL E-commerce or EMS Fast Shipping. The price listed on the website does not include shipping cost.

This is the average delivery time, sometimes it could take shorter or longer time to deliver in some cases and some countries. We will not process any refund claim within 15 business days or if the latest shipping status states that your package is being held by your country’s customs.

 

HOW TO BUY SHIPPING WITH INSURANCE:

We recommend you to select your shipping service with insurance (if you choose to ship using Standard Shipping). Insurance is to protect against loss or damage during shipping.

If you choose not to buy insurance and your purchase is lost or damaged during the shipping process, we could not provide a refund. If you use the standard shipping with insurance and need us to state a lower price on your package, we only can refund your money according to your requested written price if your package has lost or damaged during the shipping process.

If you need to use insurance, please contact us to wecare@lensnglasses.com, and you would have to pay a little more for the insurance fee. Lens ‘n Glasses is closed on Saturday, Sunday and during national holidays. Any email received on holidays will be replied the next day.

We will make sure all items are checked and in the perfect condition before we despatch them. We are not liable or responsible for any losses or breakages during shipment unless you choose Fast Shipping beit-mirkahat.com.

 

Misdelivered/Returned Parcels

Customers are responsible to track the package regularly. Parcels will be returned to us if left in post office for more than 7-10 working days (depending on the destination’s post office regulation).

We are not responsible if your parcel is misdelivered or returned to us due to:

1. You supplied a wrong/ incomplete/mistyped/ invalid delivery address during order information.

2. You failed to pick up your parcel at the post office or there is no recipient when the courier delivered it to your address.

This includes all address details such as but not limited to:

  • Recipient name
  • Log in
  • C/O name
  • Apartment/Flat numbers
  • Dorm room/campus box numbers
  • University/Business name

3. Your country customs office declined/ refused/ hold the parcel.

 

In the event that your parcel is misdelivered (delivered to another address) due to any of the above reasons, no compensation will be provided. If your parcel is returned to us, we can resend the parcel to you after we receive it but you will have to pay for the shipping fee (Standard Shipping or Fast Shipping).  This does not apply to errors on behalf of Lens ‘n Glasses which will be courteously corrected.

 

Tax and Duties

We are not responsible if your country’s customs charges you taxes and duties. Prices on our site are exclude taxes and delivery costs. Most countries are shipped to on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties, if accessed, will be billed to recipient by our shipping partners upon delivery.

When ordering from Lens ‘n Glasses, customer is considered the importer of the purchased products and will be responsible for any customs tax, import duties, goods and services tax (GST), value added tax (VAT), or any similar customs-related fees. Customs policies vary by country and Lens ‘n Glasses cannot make any guarantee as to whether or not shipments will be subject to customs-related fees.

 

Track and Trace

We generally drop off parcels at the post office/ DHL 2 to 3 business days after receiving your payment. Tracking numbers are then provided 1 to 3 business days after the parcels have been despatched. You can use these sites to track your items: POS INDONESIA or 17track or DHL E-commerce.
